Gauge for a 5mm hook 10dc across X 5dc rows = 2 inches X 2 inches
Gauge for a 5.5mm hook 10dc across X 5dc rows = 2 ½ inches X 2.2 inches

Pattern notes:
The pattern is worked in a 5 row repeat. Each heart uses 19 stitches, to go up or down a size you will need to add or remove 1 heart on either side of the corners. Every 5 row repeat will add 2 extra hearts.
