The Heart Mason Jar Cozy crochet pattern is so beginner friendly, but it is also a fun make for those more experienced with crochet. It is made using the single crochet and double crochet stitches. I have created video tutorials for single crochet and double crochet on my youtube channel. They are made specifically for beginners, so they go nice and slow and explain things in detail. This pattern was designed for the 500-ml, Wide-Mouth Mason Jar. You can substitute mason jar brands as long as the jar measures 5″- 5.5 “ tall and 12″ around. The finished mason jar cozy will measure approximately 6″ tall when laid flat, and 10″ around. This is so it will stretch and fit snugly when fitted on the mason jar.

This mason jar cozy is made to fit short so there is an exposed area of glass at the top. This means you can comfortably drink from it without getting the top of the cozy wet.
