Beyond Toes: Knitting Adventures with Judy's Magic Cast-On
> Headbumps

Headbumps
Headbumps is a fun hat to knit. You build the “bumps” one at a time with short rows. The lower edge is added last, making it easy to adjust the fit. You can also choose from two different edges, ribbing or I-cord.
About the book…
Ever wonder if Judy’s Magic Cast-On could be used outside of socks? Judy Becker shows five ways to use JMCO. Twenty-three patterns from twenty-one designers showcase each clearly illustrated technique. Adventurous knitters will find fun projects and a treasure map to explore.
About the download:
The free version of Headbumps uses a different band than the version in the book, and also provides options for different bands. It calls for 2 balls of Diadomina, though most worsted or sport-weight yarns will work -- color changing yarns are great!
