My son loves Bernat Baby Blanket yarn and asked for a new black beanie. This is really quick and easy to make. The pattern includes pictures to walk you through a special stitch combination.

Materials and Details
Yarn: Bernat Baby Blanket Yarn in two colors (150 yards total).
Substituting Yarn: Other super bulky weight yarns may be used, but be aware it may affect finished size. Check gauge.

~ Check yarn labels when buying Bernat
Blanket Yarn. There is a difference between
Bernat BABY Blanket and Bernat Blanket
yarns. They both are labeled size 6 yarn, but
baby is a little lighter weight and might affect the size of your hat some.

Crochet Hook: K, N (optional)

Miscellaneous: yarn needle

Gauge: 4” = 9.5 hdc and 5.25 rows

Sizes: small child to adult
