Harvest Shawl
This shawl is a shallow triangle which means it is light and easy to wear without a lot of fabric weighing you down. Made just from trebles with a simple increase and decrease it is also easy to make. I have added these rather lovely motifs to jazz this up, but you can leave them off and keep it super simple and understated.
Finished Measurements: wingspan x height to apex (excluding motifs) 140cm x 32cm (55” x 12.5”)
Tension: 16 trs x 7 rows to 10cm (4”)
You will need:
Mrs Moon Plump DK: 4 x main colour (MC) (shown in Toffee)
Mrs Moon Pudding (for motifs): 6 x balls of Pudding, one in each of the contrast colours. I have used:
CC1 Sugared Almond
CC2 Fondant Fancy
CC3 Damson Jam
CC4 Lemon Curd
CC5 Marshmallow
CC6 Gooseberry Fool
Please note, you can limit Pudding to 2 colours if you wish, this is still enough to make all the motifs
