I wanted to create a shawl with simple lines, so it would show off the beautiful colors of the homespun, hand dyed worsted mohair. I’ve modified a vintage pattern and added some crocheted fun “bobbles” for a trim. It is a very easy and quick project and could be used for a quick knit of a Christmas gift.

Instructions are written and charted.
The pattern includes instructions for the crocheted picot edge and knitted picot edge.

SIZE

63 X 45 X 45 in, or 1m 60cm X 1m 15cm X 1m 15cm

MATERIALS

Approximately 400 yards of a worsted weight mohair yarn.
1 pair of 6 mm (US 10) circular needles
1 hook 5 mm ( H size)

GAUGE
10 st/ 20 rows = 10X10 cm or 4X4 inches knitted in garter stitch
