“Happy Place” is my third special birthday shawl and for this pattern I wanted something fun to knit, full of cheerfulness that inspires the joy of living. Worked in one piece, with a succession of small sections that gives a nice rhythm to keep the knitting varied and pleasant. A little lace, some English ribs, some garter stitch (of course, always some garter stitch) and a bit of fantasy with the lovely “folk” accent of the edging. That’s all you need to feel the joy of my happy place ;)

“Happy Place” est mon troisième châle spécial anniversaire et pour ce modèle je voulais quelque chose d’amusant à tricoter, plein de gaieté et qui inspire la joie de vivre. Il se tricote d’une pièce, en enchaînant une succession de petites sections qui rendent le rythme de tricot varié et plaisant. Un peu de dentelle, un peu de côtes anglaises, du point mousse (bien sûr, toujours du point mousse) et un peu de fantaisie avec une bordure a l’allure un brin folklorique. C’est tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour ressentir la joie de “my happy place”.
