This gorgeous gradient sweater has modern shaping with a classic fair isle design. You’ll happily knit - and wear - this striking sweater!

This pullover is worked in the round from the bottom up. Sleeves and body are joined at the underarm and a circular yoke is worked up to the neckline. The background gradient shifts to darker and darker colors as the foreground Fair Isle motif is centered vertically just below the bust.

Note that the body and sleeve increases are accounted for in the Fair Isle charts and this shaping causes the Fair Isle motifs to disrupt along the lines where there would be side or underarm seams in a pieced sweater. Read each chart row from right to left, as a RS row.
