Hampton Shirt adapted for Women
The original pattern doesn’t specify yarn weight; it only specifies nylon.
Yarn: 2 oz. nylon; as photographed, in black and yellow.
Needles: Nos. 3, 4, 5, and 6.
Gauge: 4 stitches to 1 inch
Chart: one box = 7 stitches and 7 ridges.
Units: Divided squares, on 14 plus 14 stitches, measuring 3.5 inches square. Borders are divided squares on 7 plus 7 stitches.
Shaping is done by using smaller needles at the waist, and successively larger needles toward the bust.
