Not sure what to do with all those lovely mini skeins?
Squishy garter stitch, short rows and fun colors make up this shawlette. The slightly more than half moon shape is framed by a nice i-cord edge, finished neatly and seamlessly around the tips of the shawlette.
Worked in one 100g skein and four mini skeins (10g each) of a fingering weight yarn, the color possibilities are endless. A gradient, complementary colors, a rainbow? Choose four 10g skeins for a version like the pattern sample, or use 5g portions for individually colored wedges.
As the main color parts are worked by how much yarn you have left, you can use any yardage and yarn weight. However, if deviating from the yarn weight and yardage stated in the pattern, make sure you have enough contrast color yarn to match!
SIZE: (blocked)
measurements of sample:
width: 120 cm / 47 inches,
height at deepest point: 35 cm / 13.75 inches.
Please be aware that changing the size will affect the yardage required.
This pattern has been tech edited and tested. A big thanks to everyone involved!
