Our Summer 2023 Make Along is really gorgeous. The Halina Shawl by Lynne Rowe is perfect to take, or make on holiday. It’s super easy to wear with a gently curved shape and fabulous drape. Using one Scheepjes Whirl and Debbie Abrahams size 6 seed beads, this is a simple and soothing project with just enough added interest to keep you going.

The Halina Shawl has been designed by Lynne Rowe to be a mindful make, she says,

“I was delighted when Sara at Black Sheep Wools asked me to design a shawl with a Scheepjes Whirl colour changing yarn cake. ‘Halina’ uses repetitive and simple stitches, which means that you can pick it up and put it down without having to work out where you’re up to in the pattern, or remembering which row comes next. The gentle gradient of this yarn is a joy to knit and the beads at the cast-off edge add a little bit of sparkle. “
