Several years ago, I wanted to crochet granny style Christmas stockings for my grands using the hexi granny shape. The first one came out VERY blockish.

The second one was…. complicated. Let’s not talk about it. ‍

My third one was just as easy as the first, but with some simple shaping to create that rounded toe and heel. Hooray!

Easy-Peasy & practically perfect because I still could not decide on a ribbed or bobbled top…so I have included both!

This is an ADVANCED BEGINNER to INTERMEDIATE pattern as it includes some simple shaping plus FPdc and bobble stitches for the Cuffs. But fear not! I have included PHOTO TUTORIALS for all SPECIAL STITCHES and the HANGER. Woo-hoo! And as usual, there’s a PRINTER FRIENDLY VERSION for those of us that still need one.
