Granary Twist Sock
The Granary Twist sock is a classic cable sock with the twist at the toe as the cable moves across and centres over the toes.
The Granary Twist sock is worked in four size at 60, 64, 68 and 72 stitch cast on. It is a cosy, classic easy to wear sock, it is relatively easy to knit, the cable is worked on a garter stitch back ground that makes counting rows very easy.
The Granary Twist sock is worked top down with a rib cuff, there are then increases to accommodate the cable after which the cable is worked down the outside of the leg to the heel, where a heel flap and gusset is worked, the cable continues down the outside of the foot after which it travels over the toes to end at the toe graft.
