An elegant jacket, with a fitted silhouette and striking contrasting details.
Graffiti is worked top-down seamlessly in one piece, starting from the back shoulders, shaped with short rows. The back is worked to the underarms, then stitches are left on a holder to work the fronts.
Immediately after the underarms, fronts and back are joined together. The body shape is underlined by vertical flattering i-cords in a contrasting color.
The central buttonband is worked in a striped garter stitch pattern and flows seamlessly into a peplum all around the body. After the buttonband and peplum, the collar is worked in the same pattern.
Finally, the set-in sleeves are picked up and shaped with short rows, then worked in the round down to the wrists, and are finished with a long striped garter border.
