This pattern was inspired by Grace O’Malley, the Pirate Queen. It is combination of practical and pretty and looks best in a semisolid, solid, or tonal yarn. The design would not show in a highly variegated colorway.

There are three different options for the foot--choose the one you like the best!

It was originally designed as a Mystery KAL. All clues were released and a consolidated pattern issued not long after the KAL was done.

In October 2019, a completely reformatted and recharted version of the pattern was released. The design itself did not change.
