Glorious Morning
Full many a glorious morning have I seen, flatter the mountain-tops with sovereign eye, kissing with golden face the meadows green, gilding pale streams with heavenly alchemy…
This pattern was originally released as part of the 2012 Shakespeare in Lace club.
Construction Notes
This shawl is worked from the top down with patterning on both the right and wrong sides! The shawl is named from Shakespeare’s 33rd sonnet and the patterns are inspired by grain growing in a summer field.
Note: All lace patterns are provided charted and written out line-by-line.
