Glissade (n) - a controlled slide, in either a standing or sitting position, used in descending a steep icy or snowy incline.

The Glissade sweater is top-down and seamless. Its namesake comes from the slipped stitch pattern on the circular yoke. Using a minimum of two colours, this casual cardigan is an excellent layering piece. The slipped stitch pattern can be worked with leftover yarn from previous projects or you can use a small amount of the same colour, for a more subtle approach. This pattern comes in seven sizing options ranging from 30”-54” bust with 2-2.25” of positive ease.

Sizing:
To fit: 30” (34”, 38”, 42”), (46”, 50”, 54”) chest
Finished: 32” (36”, 40.25”, 44.25”), (48”, 52”, 56.25”) chest

Knit Picks Wool of the Andes Superwash (10ply)
5 (6, 7, 8), (8, 9, 10) balls of Colour A

Gauge
24 stitches and 18 rows over 10cm or 4” over stocking stitch
