This is the sweater for all your outdoor activities this fall and for many years to come. The drop-shoulder construction leaves plenty of room to move, whether you’re cycling, hiking, or just getting things done in the backyard. The striking colorwork adds a pop to any outfit, and the woolen-spun yarn creates a lightweight, draping, warm fabric. Gentle waist shaping, slender sleeves, and a deep scoop neck give this oversized pullover feminine flare. It’s worked in the round from the bottom up, the shaped shoulders are joined using three-needle bind-off, and sleeves are sewn in using mattress stitch. The colorwork employs three colors at once over a few of the rounds, so it’s best for knitters with some colorwork experience.
