This sampler cowl is worked back and forth starting with a provisional cast-on, the i-cord edging creates a neat finished edge. Each time you change colors, you begin a new lace stitch, and at the end, you graft the live stitches to the provisional cast on to create a loop. This
is a wonderful way to explore new stitch textures.

The Glacier Lily Sampler is knit in Ranching Tradition Fiber Tobacco Root Valley yarn. It is 100% Homegrown wool raised in the Tobacco Root Valley of Montana. The wool comes from their Targhee Rambouillet Sheep and their local mill does all the processing. Kami Noyes, a fifth-generation rancher, is a self-taught fiber artist and does all the dyeing after the yarn is spun.
