This was my design submission for Battle of The Stitches round 3. This pattern uses the Braided Cable Stitch and has a link to a video tutorial for that stitch.

How it works: You and a friend both crochet 2 links of the cowl. Then you swap 1 of your links for 1 of theirs. Link them together and voila you have a cowl that was created by 2 people who’ve come together because of crochet. You can include more people and have a longer scarf or make one for yourself, so you can easily change the color combos to go with your outfit.

This pattern is written in American crochet terms and it includes a photo tutorial that makes it easy to follow.
