These little hearts work up quickly using just slip stitches & single-crochet stitches with some increases and decreases for shaping. A great stash-buster project. (Don’t feel like you need to stick with RED yarn. Hearts are beautiful in any color!)

A single heart can be hung as a decoration. Make two and stitch them together with a little fiberfill inside and you have a puffy heart. Add a pin back or clip for a brooch, or stitch your heart on the sleeve of a favorite sweater. Chain several together for a decorative banner.

The possibilities are endless!
