Gingerbread Helpers
It’s the most wonderful time of the year! This Christmas, Santa needs all the help he can get to make all his beautiful toys; enter the Gingerbread Helpers to the rescue! This little sibling duo can build train sets in the blink of an eye, and sew teddy bear limbs before you can even say “Gingerbread”, although you might find some cookie crumbs in your gift wrapping.
The Gingerbread Helpers are very excited to share the holiday spirit with you!
The pattern is written in U.S. terminology. The main part of this project is worked in rounds so you might want to use a stitch marker to mark the end of each round. There is no specific gauge for this project, just try to keep it tight and even throughout each piece. Gingerbread Helpers measure approx. 14cm (5.5in) each (without accessories), when using the same yarn/tools as indicated below and working with the “x” single crochet technique (yarn under, yarn over). Make sure to also start the other stitches with yarn under to keep the same tension throughout.
