This is a pretty simple chart for the end of the third strip. Once, again, all together, I made this strip by working:

Cast on and set-up rows, Chart 13 once, Chart 14 twice, Chart 13 once, Chart 15 once, Chart 13 once, Chart 14 twice, Chart 13 once, Chart 16 once and cast off.

The final piece of the afghan is easier, I promise.
