Knit in the round from the bottom up to the armholes in stockinette, this pullover—inspired by the stunning sapphire robe worn by Leia in Episode VII The Force Awakens—is then divided so the front and back can be worked flat separately. Gradual decreases near the waist create a subtle and flattering A-line silhouette, while German short-row shaping is used for a better fit in the shoulders. The sleeves begin in the round, then are worked flat for sleeve cap shaping. The notched collar is picked up and worked at the end.
