Someone once asked me to describe the type of artwork I like. I really wasn’t sure of the answer. So I go home and walk around. The answer? Animals. Almost every piece of art I have has a living being in it. What does this mean? No clue. Many of my hats have the same vibe. I love fish, crabs, sharks, bears, deer, rabbits, lizards, and, well you get the drift. This hat showcases a maligned reptile, the Gator! Really, they are just trying to survive like you and me. I toyed with calling this hat “Tastes Like Chikkin” but whatever the name, this hat was just fun to knit. Knit the GAtOR GAITER too for a fun gift set.

Knit in Malabrigo Rios with their new Solidos line in mind (yay!), in four sizes.
Always choose size based on circumference.
