This isn’t really a pattern, it’s more like instructions to get going.

I’ll show you how to make the first square for your blanket and you get to improvise the rest.

The blanket/afghan/wrap is knitted in garter stitch and domino squares. Each square is knitted to the other squares as you go along so you won’t end up with a heap of squares and no motivation for sewing them together :-)

Tension/gauge isn’t important, you can knit with the yarn and the needles that you are most comfortable with and you can make a small blanket or a large blanket.

You can use any yarn you have – if you don’t mind weaving in ends you could even use a lot of scrap yarn. I recommend using a circular knitting needle.
