Garter Pelerine
This is Spun Out #40, Originally published as Wool Gathering #16. 1977.
From pattern:
“When it was designed, we hunted for a descriptive title….found PELERINE (which is also in the big English dictionary -- a short cape derived from the Fr. for pilgrim). So Pelerine it is; I like to think the first one in 100 years. “
There is a pattern in Knitting Workshop called “The Pelerine” on pages 94-95. Seems to be the same as the one from Spun Out, though only the garter stitch version is given.
