GAMEKEEPER
Elegant fingerless mitts combine rib and cables in a mirrored travelling stitch pattern for a lightweight way to keep out the chills.

Daughter of a Shepherd Hebridean & Zwartbles 4ply (4ply / fingering weight; 75% Hebridean wool, 25% Zwartbles wool; 400m / 437yds per 100g skein) x 1 skein for each size

TOOLS
• 2.75mm (UK 12 / US 2) knitting needles suitable for working small circumferences in the round
• 3 stitch markers
• Scrap yarn for holding stitches
• Tapestry needle

TENSION
40 sts and 44 rounds to 10cm / 4” over unstretched 2x2 rib pattern on 2.75mm needles after blocking.
Take time to check your tension and adjust the needle size accordingly to ensure an accurate finish.

PATTERN NOTES
• Gamekeeper are worked in the round from the bottom upwards with a gusset thumb. The mitts are mirror-images of one another and are worked differently.
