Whether your team marks a regular season by 17, 82, or 162 games, whether you love teams that are pro or “pseudo”-pro (what happened college sports??), or whether you have a mighty but mini young athlete whose sports equipment has taken over the SUV, it can be really nice to support the team without always donning athleticwear.

A collegiate-inspired, set-in sleeve, with striping that nods toward a classic tennis sweater, Game Day is punctuated by sand stitch and its wrong-side dot stitch at the hem and cuff. Worked flat in pieces and seamed, stitches are picked up around the V-neck during finishing and worked in stockinette stitch in the round to create a hemmed neck. The body has optional body shaping that moves from a smaller circumference lower hem, increasing to the full chest size to achieve a fitted, modern silhouette. Sized with a man in mind, Game Day can just as easily be worn with more generous ease by a smaller frame for a slouchy, more casual vibe.
