I love looking at vintage patterns and styles. Colors, patterns, shapes, and descriptions lead to inspiration and that’s the story of this hat. After looking through my old magazines and books, I loved this simple and easy lace stitch and just had to make it into a hat.
This sweet little hat has a lot of stretch thanks to the easy lace pattern repeat and wide ribbing. You can add a few extra rows in the brim or an extra repeat of the pattern to make the hat larger or longer. A 5-stitch repeat allows for further customization of the size.
