Für Claudia II
These mitts feature a textured argyle pattern using twists stitches and knits and purls -- no cabling required! They are worked in the round on dpns (or circulars using magic loop) from the arm down to the hand.
Although the Tubular method for cast on and bind off are suggested, you can easily replace with the alternating cable cast on and Jeny’s surprisingly stretchy bind off. Photo tutorials for the Tubular cast on and bind off are included in the pattern.
Skills needed: knit, purl, Tubular cast on (or alternating cable cast on), Tubular bind off (or Jeny’s surprisingly stretchy bind off), Right, Left and 3 twists (tutorials linked in pattern), k2tog, ssk, working in the round, picking up sts.
