Fruit salad accessories

Skill level: Beginner
Size: Slices are 5.5cm (not including loop) when using 3mm hook and DK cotton yarn.

To make these fruit slices you will need:
Yarn: Rico Ricorumi, DK, 100% cotton, 25g balls, (or other DK cotton yarn)
3mm (US C/2 or D/3) crochet hook
Stitch markers
Embroidery needle

Watermelon

These fruit slices have a loop to attach to keys or bags but they could also be used as appliqués (without folding them in half). Or maybe adhered to a sturdy backing with a magnet for the fridge.
