Frilling for the Neck
This pattern is
available for free.
This pattern was published in January 1890.
One ounce of beads will be sufficient for neck and sleeves of dress; the colour should harmonize with the dress of the wearer. Thread all the beads on Andalusian wool of the same shade as beads. Use fine steel needles.
This frilling is most economical, as it does not readily soil, and when the wool looks dirty the tucker may be washed, and will look equal to new. When knitting the same it is well to allow for the wool to shrink.
