Frida
Designed in collaboration with Frida Fuchs
for their new yarn base “Zackig”, a wonderful shiny Merino. (held together with a thread of a mohair/silk blend for the collar and cuffs).
FRIDA is a bomber style cardigan with nice little details, such as double knitted collar and cuffs, a textured front and hidden buttonholes.
It is worked seamlessly from the top-down. Start working the collar with both yarns. Continue to work the back until the length of the armhole. Pick up the stitches for the front and work both fronts symmetrical until the length of the armhole. Join back and fronts to work the body in with front texture pattern down to the bottom ribbing. Pick up the sleeves sts to work the sleeves in rounds. Pick up front sts to add the buttonbands and work hidden buttonholes.
