Freesia flowers are small beautiful colourful flowers grown in Southern Africa. They symbolize innocence, thoughtfulness and friendship.

I designed this blanket consisting of 2 different squares in honour of my oldest and dearest friend.

The texture on this blanket is beautiful and it works up quite quickly. Use many different colours to use up your stash or stick to one variegated yarn to show the texture.

This would make a lovely baby blanket, or add more squares to make the blanket into a throw or a bedspread. The pattern for the border is included in the pdf.

All my patterns are written in US terms and have a conversion chart to UK terms at the beginning in the pattern notes. My patterns are tested by others before publishing them on Ravelry but some errors may still occur.
