Freedom Festival Skirt
This pattern is suitable for a beginner with some crochet experience, there are lots of step-by-step photos included and a short video to help you out.
The pattern is written using US terminology and requires basic knowledge of crochet stitches:
slip knot, slip stitch, chain, single crochet, treble crochet and how to crochet in a continuous circle.
My skirt is size small, hips measurement 90cm and length approximately 30 cm, I used Rico Creative Cotton aran: 4 x 50g for this size small skirt (UK size 6/8).
You will need more yarn if you are making a bigger skirt.
This pattern is made to measure and can be adjusted to any yarn type/ tension, shape and size.
You will need to do a swatch to work out how many stitches you need for your starting row, depending on your tension and yarn used.
