Free Solo
If you purchase 5 patterns from my Ravelry Store at the same time (add them all to your cart before you check out), the least expensive one will be free.
In the sport of climbing, a “free solo” is a climb made with no ropes or gear — only your faith in yourself keeps you on the cliff face.
Life gives you plenty of opportunities to free solo, and this sweater is a reminder to keep that faith in yourself strong.
Free Solo is a topdown sweater with a circular yoke, decorated in gradient shades that fade in and out of each other. The effect looks complicated, but it’s really just a simple slip stitch pattern!
It’s the perfect sweater to showcase a gorgeous color palette like John Arbon’s Harvest Hues, a Merino-Zwartbles wool blend with lots of character.
