This is Freddy the Frog, he is 15 to 20 cm tall.

I used 6 colours of yarn (50g) and hooksize 3, but you can use the type of yarn you prefer.

The pattern is now available in english, maybe I will upload it also in dutch (laat me maar weten als je geïnteresseerd bent in een nederlandse versie).
