Framed begins with an eight pointed star which denotes life.

The design quickly becomes square with textured pattern rounds which are framed with simple back post stitches.

As you work through the pattern you can repeat any of the patterned sections, the instructions are given for the stitch count repeats you will need for each section.

Some of the stitches you will recognise from my other designs and some are new.

This is a blanket you can grow as large as you like, or stop at any point for a smaller project.

The photo tutorial gives you step-by-step photos so that you can clearly see what each round and repeat should look like.

Plus if you are a more visual person or a beginner to crochet there are also video tutorials in US terms that take you through step by step, with lots of handy hints and tips for working the special stitches. These are only available to purchase and view from my website.
