Flying on the Air is a sock pattern for everyone who likes fairies. Pattern is available in Finnish and English.

• What you will need:
– US 2 1/2 – EU 3 mm needles
– Novita Nalle or similar sock yarn. (100 g = 260 m, 22x32 = 10cm). Main color 103 g (color number 160) and contrasting color 65 g (color number 821).
– Tapestry needle
– 150 cm braid
• Dimensions:
– The length of the leg: 40,5 cm (can be made 2 cm shorter/longer)
– The width at the beginning of the leg 14 cm, at the ankle 10,5 cm. Fits on up to 34 cm calf, (but it’s possible to modify the pattern and add few ST to the both sides of the back figure to get more space for the calf if needed.)
– The length of the foot 24 cm (can be made 2 cm shorter/longer) and width of the foot 10 cm
• Gauge (stranded): 27x28=10 cm

– Novita Nalle tai vastaavaa sukkalankaa (100 g = 260 m, 22x32 =
10 cm): pohjaväri 103 g, kuvioväri 65 g. Sukkiin on käytetty pohjavärinä Novita Nalle 160 ja kuviovärinä Novita Nalle Taika 821.
– Päättelyneula
– Koristenauhaa (150 cm)
• Valmiin sukan mittoja:
– Varren pituus: 40,5 cm (voi lyhentää/pidentää 2 cm)
– Varren leveys ylhäällä 14 cm, nilkan kohdalla 10,5 cm. Sopii max 34 cm pohkeelle, mutta ohjetta on mahdollista muuttaa lisäämällä muutamia silmukoita takakuvion molemmille puolille, jos tarvitaan lisää tilaa pohkeelle.
– Teräosan pituus 24 cm (voi lyhentää/pidentää 2 cm) ja leveys 10cm
