Fluxa
Fully reversible Fluxa is another member of the exciting Flux family patterns, distinguished by the undulating slip stitch waves. The gentle bell shape -achieved by increasing in the lower wave section- ensures an effortless, enveloping fit around the upper chest and back.
Its multiple styling options create a playful accessory that will look fabulous with any cool weather outfit . Combine yours with the Fluxy hat, and feel ready to conquer every outdoor adventure in chic and stylish warmth.
CONSTRUCTION
Double layered Fluxa is knitted as a tube, in the round. It starts with a provisional cast on, after which the upper inside is worked. The wave pattern on the outside is achieved by working German short rows. The welt, that is worked at the bottom edge, has both a decorative and a constructive function, aiding the shape of the cowl. After the welt, the lower inside of the cowl is worked. Once the inside and outside of the cowl are identical in height, the stitches of the provisional cast on are grafted together with the cowl stitches.
