This light-as-air cardigan sweater is worked from the top down and features a cabled round yoke and lace details at center front and hem. The sweater uses decreases in the fronts and increases in the back to create an interesting diagonal lace side seam and a universally flattering swing shape. A gusset at center back echoes the cabled yoke pattern.

The Wicomico yarn is extraordinarily lofty, and while it is technically a fingering weight yarn, its size equals a sport weight yarn after being washed and blocked (for yarn substitution purposes).
