Have you ever had a Fluffernutter? This sandwich is a Massachusetts delicacy made with white bread, peanut butter, and Marshmallow Fluff (which was invented in my neighborhood, Somerville!) Like a classic Fluffernutter, this squishy brioche knitting pattern combines a solid, standard ingredient (merino wool) and a delightful fluffy component (suri alpaca) to create a harmonious, delicious result. This brioche beanie can be worn slouchy or tight and is a great way to incorporate some luxury fibers into a classic design!

Pattern Notes
This hat is knit in the round in two-color brioche from the bottom up. The MC and CC are switched after the brim to create a syncopated brioche pattern. The brim can be folded up for a shorter beanie or left slouchy.
