My sock patterns are designed as toe up two (or one) at a time on 2 circs. This particular pattern is the one I would reccommend as a starting point for trying socks on circs - the stitch pattern is simple so you can focus on the structure of doing 2 at once, but still get something really pretty.

These use 2 skeins of Lorna’s Shepherd Sport with some leftover (unless you make them really tall, which would be fun too).
