Various sizing is achieved by using different yarn weights.
Medium: to fit 8” / 20 cm foot circumference
Large: to fit 9.25” / 23.5 cm foot circumference

GAUGE
Medium: 28 sts x 40 rnds over 4” x 4” (10 cm x 10 cm) in Stockinette stitch on US 11/2 (2.5 mm) needles after blocking for a fingering weight yarn.
Large: 25 sts x 35 rnds over 4” x 4” (10 cm x 10 cm) in Stockinette stitch on US 2 (2.75 mm) needles after blocking for a DK weight yarn.

The socks are worked upwards from toe to cuffs.
The Flower pattern panel is located in the front only, making it easy to knit socks using magic-loop technique.
The heels are shaped using w&t short rows.
