Brighten the kitchen with a fanciful, flowered dishcloth or trivet! Sporting an African flower motif, this quick crochet pattern includes a single-layer dishcloth and a double-layer trivet. Best of all, the continuous construction means there’s no sewing required.

Hexagon is worked in the round from center out. Dishcloth consists of one hexagon edged with single crochet, then finished with a hanging loop. Trivet consists of two hexagons joined together with single crochet, then finished with a hanging loop.

Hexagon requires approx 50 yards total, 34 yards of C1, 14 yards of C2 and 2 yards of C3. An additional 12 yards are required for edging and hanging loop.
