Created this quick knit pattern for my charity knitting group.

Skills Required:
Provisional cast-on, 3-needle bind-off, slipping stitches.

Pattern Notes:
The water bottle cozy is worked flat, top down, starting with a provisional cast-on. Once the bottom is reached, the bottom seam is closed with a 3-needle bind off. Then the stitches at the top are picked up and the ribbed neck is worked. Sew one side seam.

Can be easily converted to be worked in the round. Just leave off the selvage sts and go from there.
