Easter means new life, Spring and fresh blooms – so what could be more perfect than these little Flower Garden Easter Eggs to add to your decor?!

You can attach a short loop of ribbon / thread to the top of your egg and hang them from door handles, cupboards or a few branches in a vase. Or omit this hanging loop entirely and display a few together proudly in a bowl on your Easter table.

It’s a beginner-friendly pattern, suitable for those looking to develop some new techniques and stitches.

The eggs are worked in continuous rounds from the top down so you’ll find it helpful to use stitch markers as you work. And the flower petals are then embroidered onto the eggs once complete.

You’ll find a stitch tutorial before the pattern and a detailed photo guide throughout to help you visualise the construction.
