If you are in a hurry, or prefer not to employ the lace on this pattern, simply work the area in stockinette/stocking stitch, put the buttons on the right hand side instead and you have a boy’s cardigan!

The directions for all sizes are the same. Exactly the same! You get the size difference by using progressively larger weight yarn and needles.
