Front and Back top sections are worked in one piece from the Front waist to the neck, then separated for Shoulder Straps. Straps are worked individually and then joined again for the Back. Back piece is worked down to the waist. Front and back pieces are then sewn together at the sides. Underskirt portion is worked in the round, in one piece. Tiers are worked outward from Underskirt.
